Attach documents to lab cases in lab case manager

We recently upgraded from G7 to G7.1 and the feature to attach documents from the document center to a lab case is gone.  The button is still there but it pops up an error that there are no documents in the document center when there is something to attach.  It is convenient to be able to look at the attached lab slip while have the case manager open.  I contacted about the feature is not working and they "turned it off" for 7.1 and 7.2.

    I occasionally still try to attach the lab slip from the Doc Center to the case and typically it still does not work.  On one patient a window opened but it asks to "Select Claim Attachment" but then no lab cases are listed.
