If I could mark lab case received and have it automatically attach a green lab case "L" to the corresponding appointment, scheduled or not, this would be so helpful because our office counts on seeing the green "L"'s to know the case has been received. We work in an office where there are many people checking these in and often times the received cases does not have an existing appointment attached. When the front desk calls them to get them scheduled there is no "L" automatically attached. Someone on the clinical team has to catch it and mark it.. AGAIN. The same job should not be done twice!!!
