Having only Admin with rights amend the questionnaire form. Staff should be allowed to add a conditon,allergy etc... without having the authority to change the form. We have too many versions of our form :(

We use the questionnaire as a chart, that matched the form on our website. Having all the staff the capability to add to the questionnaire creates too many versions of the form floating around. Only Admin with rights should be able to amend the form.

    Hello Karen, there is a bug with this, so we are looking into a fix with the loop hole. Would you like me to have someone from support contact you so that you can find a solution that will work for you? There are a few things you can do, but we would need to know the workflow that your office does. Thank you!

    Hi Danielle, but staff can still change the questionnaire if they add thru the health history, even if the password right questionnaire Admin is activated. Is there a way to change the default on "add to questionnaire" to be unclicked? That might help?

    There is a loop hole that allows employees to change the questionnaire thru the health history set up.

    Hello,

    There currently is a password right called Questionnaire Administration. If this right is taken away, the Questionnaire setup will not be accessible to that staff member. To change this right go to Office Manager, Maintenance, Practice Setup, Passwords, Practice Passwords Setup, and it will be listed under Questionnaires.
