When the clinical staff completes tx for the patient, the screen at the front desk shows that the appt was completed. Because of this, we sometimes end up missing the payment. There should be a lighter grey for completion of clinical work and a darker grey for completion of front desk transaction. When everything is completed with the patient at the front desk, the patient is then good to go.; At the present time, there is no distinction between the two check-outs. mg
