When we go to click on a file on any kind for a the patient it takes at least 10 seconds or more. When we have 50 plus Pt on our schedule and we have to click several different times within that file for different reasons in order to see the Pt from start to finish it makes it extremely difficult feel efficient to the patient. we have had to lower the amount of pts we see in a day in order to accommodate this delay. ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE.
