We would like to be able to give our new patients the abiliity to take a photo of the front and back of their insurance card and driver's license to expedite the check-in process and eliminate touch points due to COVID-19.
The best place for this function to be added would be the Online NP Forms. It would give the new patients the best experience possible and cut back on time taken to do these things at their first visit.

As our offices' New Patient Coordinator I spend a ridiculous amount of time assisting patients in figuring out what insurance they have. Uploading photos of the front & back of insurance cards would help tremendously.
Please add option for uploading photos of ID and Insurance card onto NP forms to help expedite the check i process
