Add functionality so new patients can fill out forms and take a photo of insurance card & drivers license (front + back)

We would like to be able to give our new patients the abiliity to take a photo of the front and back of their insurance card and driver's license to expedite the check-in process and eliminate touch points due to COVID-19.

The best place for this function to be added would be the Online NP Forms. It would give the new patients the best experience possible and cut back on time taken to do these things at their first visit.
