The state of Arizona does not follow Daylight savings time. If an appointment reminder is sent to a family after a time zone change, the calendar attachment shows the hour difference. We have to manually change the time zone from Pacific to Mountain depending on the time of year. Families get emails stating that we established ourselves in the wrong location.
