With the covid-19 we are closing our dental office for a few weeks. I would like to keep everyone on the schedule so I know who needs to be rescheduled when we open but I would like to show the appointments as canceled. This would help in several different ways. Our 3 party who sends out text would know not to send, I would be able to see everyone on the schedule when we do open back up and also what they were here for. Overall it would be very helpful.

You can also place multiple appointments and events on the Pinboard at a single time where they can be viewed, moved, scheduled, or deleted. You can move one or more appointments to the Pinboard simply by clicking and dragging them, by clicking Pinboard in the Appointment Information dialog box, or by clicking Options from the Appointment Book menu and then clicking Move to Pinboard.
