I need to be able to track our patients wait time from paperwork to "here" to "seated in op" status. This feature would help our office be more efficient when scheduling.

If you have setup and use the appointment status' and change the status from arrival, paperwork, waiting operatory to complete. you can print the Appointment History List which will give you the beginning time to completed time. this is a great option to retrieve information you are looking for.
