We have found ( and confirmed by Dentrix support) that the Edex does not always save the notes added to their patient note section. Our office used this feature heavily until we started noticing the notes were no longer saving. It would be at random, sometimes the notes would be there and sometimes they would not be there when we went back.

Thank you for the information, there have been recent additions to the G7.2 update that corrects the saving of notes in eDex.
