Is there a better way to find a match or sync forms for patients within Patient Engage. We recently had a patient that filled out the form and we weren’t able to sync it to their file because there was one typo in the email address. Name was correct, date of birth was correct and phone number was correct. Can we ease the restrictions on this and make it more like a “search” function where we find the patient we want and can decide whether we sync it with them or not? Such potential for optimizing work flow with this program. Almost there. Thanks.
