When running the preauthorization aging report, it would be nice if the report did not include patients that were archived. At the moment the report includes all patients that have a preauthorization pending. Some of them are from over 10 years ago and I am not able to clear these out without reactivating the patients. It would be nice to correctly report on the number of preauthorizations that have been sent and are aging.
Thank you for the suggestion.
EXPIRATION DATES FOR PREAUTHS.... Preauthorizations expire at different time for different insurance companies. UHC is 90 days, UHC AARP is 180 days, MetLife is 1yr, etc.

It would be great to also exclude archived patients from the "regular" aging report as well.
