We should have a way to select printing all future appointments and print all familys appointment labels instead of clicking one at a time.

a way to add a late charge on unpaid invoices after 90 days

DEntrix should offer a way for a late charge to be automatically added to every invoice that remains unpaid past 90 days. (as long as you have signed payment terms agreements signed beforehand)

Ledger Notes

Would be super helpful to be able to add a procedure to the ledger and add notes at the same time before posting. Currently we have to enter procedure, then post, then reopen to add notes.
