Since the update to 24.7, we are unable to active any NP made prior to the update. We will have to delete all NP Appts and remake them. The new way is a great feature, however; very inconvenient and time consuming to find all prior NP Appts and remake them. In our practice, we have a lot of NP we will have to do this with. Tech support has tried to add back the NP with appt feature, twice, but within minutes it is gone. Imagine my surprise when a NP walked in and it wasn't there! The Patient had to wait while we transferred all the info collected previously to a new appt and delete the old one. :/
