Hello.
I am a customer of a dental practice in Palo Alto, CA which uses your software program. I have two children who go to that dental practice. I am divorced from the children’s mother and am finding it challenging to get automated notifications from the dental practice.
A person in the scheduling department says that the Dentrix software can only send notifications to one phone number and one email address. The scheduler suggested that they text my children’s mother and email me as a workaround to this limitation however emails quickly become buried in my inbox.
Please consider adding an update to your software that recognizes divorced parents who are co-parenting.
