Type in last name, first names do not always sort alphabetically

For example, we type in Smith for the last name, the first names are not completely alphabetical and jump around.

DELETE SERVICES FROM LEDGER

For the love of God, we should be able to delete services from the ledger that were walked out in error. EVERY other software allows this and it's insane that Dentrix does not. Thank you.

Search New Patient with appointment before actually opening file and entering them into the system

You don't have to open a patient file in system incase they do not show or change their mind about coming to office. We only open a file when the patient actually arrives unless they are already attached to a family file.

need to be able to measure root canal length like in dexis

In Dexis for 20 years we can estimate within the Xray digitally the length of the root to estimate for doing a root canal, in Dentrix image you do not have this . This is very poor as we need this.

Time clock notes

I want to have a feature in which we can see who edited their time punches without having to generate the report. Basically, I just want to hover to the edited time and see who made the adjustments.
