We have an office that has more than 30 workstations. Our server has 8 cores and 32GBs of RAM but we can't utilize everything because Dentrix is still a 32-bit program. Even though it's compatible to run on 64-bit there are limits to the program. ...

report to gather what percent of patients have a specific insurance company

this would allow the office to know the most used insurances in an office. That would allow you to decide whether to participate or not. Whether or not to terminate participation due to the amount you are or are not seeing.

Include procedure codes and amounts on ONE walk-out statement.

Some patients' HSAs want both the amounts and the codes (as it is, you have to print the walk-out and the doctor's statement to show both the patient amount paid and the treatment codes). Thank you so much for updating this!! :)

If we are in-network with many PPO insurances companies it would help us make a decision of dropping or keeping a particular insurance company if profits are low.
