It would be really helpful if the bottom of the ledger where the family balance is displayed would show up red if there is a past due balance. It can be hard to catch if a different family member is in or if there is other treatment already posted to the account at a glance. Maybe if the family file box was highlighted red if past due and green if current. We are very visual in our office, so color codes are huge!
