Report that list patients secondary insurance.

It would be nice to be able to run a report that lists patients secondary insurance, by running the report for a specific insurance.

Add a way to switch everyone to the office fee schedule at one time

We are switching everyone to the office fee schedule, instead of their insurance fee schedules. We are going through every file to change it instead of having the option to set all files to the office fee schedule at one time.

remove quantity line on ins. claims. Have each procedure have it's own line. Ins. co. keep missing quantity when more than one procedure of same CDT Code is used. Therefore, payment is shorted and we have to resubmit for overlooked quantity of billed charges

It would cut down on administrative work. When there is an oversight on billing submission, claims get paid incorrectly and we have to resubmit claim for additional payment (insurance processors are not seeing the quantity). This happens a lot wit...

Open Health History when opening the patient chart

When we open the patient cart it would be helpful to see immediately what allergies, medical conditions, and meds the patient is taking with out having to open another window.
