When looking at renewing a contract with a specific insurance provider, it would be nice to be able to pull a report from Dentrix that will show the amount of write-offs we have had annually from each insurance provider.

This type of information would allow us to make a more intelligent decision to see the impact this change would have to our bottom line.

Have the color of the appt. time turn grey when checked out!

This would be super helpful when looking at the schedule to see who has been batched for insurance and who has made a payment.

Make different procedures different colors!

Then you know what you are doing for the day. Green-Crown, Pink Hygiene and so on. Not Color boxes by provider. Make every prophy code set to hygiene provider.

Be able to change dates on clinical note

When you don't get to writing up your clinical notes until the next day, and a procedure note wasn't automatically added, you have to create a new one then it has the wrong date on it.
