When you don't get to writing up your clinical notes until the next day, and a procedure note wasn't automatically added, you have to create a new one then it has the wrong date on it.

I agree! I have done this a few times when I choose to write up notes the next day. Then the date doesn't match the ledger
There is an icon that allows you to change the date.
