Need the ability to use Quick Letters, email program, or creating labels from eDex. Would be Useful in those "one off: communications or communications with insurance companies

When updating patient information in the Questionnaire, allow patient to add information to more areas such as Journal Entry (HIPAA), Preferred Pharmacy in HH, ER Contact, Physician Contact automatically.

Sometimes insurance claims come through after the claim is in history or an adjustment or an explanation needs to be added after they are in history. You can lock the stuff in history but allow additional information to be added with a date added....
