Change Ledger Font Size

It would be helpful if we could change the size of the font in the ledger. The only way right now is to change the font size in computer settings and it changes the font size for everything.

Preventive not pulling from the maximum

I feel that there should be an option that the preventive doesnt come out of the patients maximum in order to have a better estimated amount of benefits remaining for the patient.

Provider displayed in patient search window

Please bring back the provider column in the patient search window. You have removed it and replaced it with the SSN which is nothing but x's. Why would you remove actual information and put a column that is non-informational?

Please give back the ability to enter patient addresses who live outside the United States. Prior to the last update we were able to do this and now it gives "Invalid State" notice. We do have patients who life out of the Country and necessary to process their paperwork with the correct address on it.
