Be able to change/increase the size and font on the ledger

It would be easier to read without changing the resolution of the computer as whole. If you can change it on the appt screen why not the ledger.

Merge entries on a duplicate patient.

If a patient has been entered a second time, by mistake, it would be helpful to be able to merge the new data (patients charts, notes, documents, etc.).

Export documents in document center to PDF

documents from pt chart that need to be uploaded online are always exported as .bmp, which is a useless file form. defaulting documents to PDF or allowing us the option to export the document into PDF/JPG/PNG is far more useful.

Invalidated procedures - Once invalidated should no longer be added to doctor's total production

Should be able to make procedure codes / buttons a negative number

I would like if custom procedure codes / buttons could have a negative number. It would be much quicker and easier to use for a coupon function as opposed to now where I have to click 10 different things to add a coupon code.

Add a feature where you can attach individual ledgers for each family member as an electronic invoice email.

Patient's with multiple family members are usually confused as to which family member has the balance and are reluctant to pay on time. It affects our collection department and our goal for the day.
