Create custom icon or color code alerts
Having the ability of custom appointment icons or to color code alerts would allow us to distinguish who in the practice would be needing the alert. The appointment icon (similar to a flag on appointments for alerts) would allow at quick glance groups of information needed for each appointment. An alternative to color code alerts would be helpful. We have alerts for things such as: 1) payment plans 2) need time when scheduling due to taking a long time to get numb 3) patient preferences (i.e. bite blocks) and many more! If they were color coded per procedure, this could also be helpful. I have seen these asked for almost 6 years now, and would love to make a change to make this happen!
