The new update no longer allows us to change a patient's first visit date, thus we are no longer able to keep accurate records of our patient numbers. A patient seen on an emergency basis is not the same as a new patient seen with a comprehensive exam. With the update putting in a first visit date, it changes our records to say that we have seen more new patients than we really have. Please change the first appointment date back to what it was before the update and allow us to change the date ourselves.
