add patient file/info menu button to office journal
Patient information button or family file button to be accessed from the office journal menu. It would make it more efficient as a work tool and save more time clicking.

E services in canada
Should be an option for e-services in Canada. Allowing us to link our medical history form to Dentrix and allowing pts to fill it out and submit it via our website or in office on our IPads. Instead of scanning into Dentrix and then shredding it, ...

PRE-POPULATE THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE QUESTIONNAIRE!
THE EMAIL ADDRESS SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY PRINT, JUST LIKE THE OTHER PATIENT DE MOGRAPHIC INFO PRINTS ON THE QUESTIONNAIRE. MESSY, ILLEGIBLE HANDWRITING THAT WE CAN'T UNDERSTAND CAN PREVENT THE PATIENT FROM RECEIVING THE OFFICE COMMUNICATION.

Search by Patient Name in Referrals Under Provider
Instead of sorting by date, sort by description so you can see last name, or be able to search by the last name of the patient so you can find referrals quickly and not have to search through all of them

Electronic Eligibility should seperate HMO & PPO.
Our office only excepts PPO. But even if Pt has HMO the blue E is highlighted. So, it is not completely accur5ate.
