Remove the "on hold talking" when being put on hold with Dentrix

I have had to call Dentrix a number of times over the last 2 weeks due to the updates not working properly. I would like to be able to work quietly and talk with patients at the desk but instead I have to listen to the same recording over and over...

In the "Enter Insurance Payment" the default goes to cheque payment rather than Electronic Payment even though 99% of payments come electronically, can you please change this default.

Change default to Electronic Payment from Cheque Payment in the Enter Insurance Payment tab. Thank you, Renee Bluekens

Report to show payments received in the first couple months of the year are from previous year or present year

This report would be helpful when there is a tax id change.

convert all fees to zero charge quickly for just one particular patient

Every day I see new patients that need treatment plans with many services. I want to give the patients one treatment fee that accomodates all procedures so I want to zero out all fees

Archive Insurance Companies instead of having to purge or join them

Archiving insurance companies would exclude staff from selecting the wrong insurance, but still give the insurance claims coordinator access to the insurance companies if needed for claims

Add the option of opening 2 tab for Easy Dental on one computer or ability to have 2 open with dual monitors

Front office would be able to continue working on inserting a new fee schedule/insurance plan/etc. without having to close out due to another patient arriving to check-in or check-out.
