I've noticed that treatment plans that are pre-existing in a patient's charts are based on the insurance that the time. But once insurance is updated. The prices on those procedures at not updated along with it. Meaning I have to delete the current treatment plan, re-treatment plan the same procedures if the insurance has changed for it to pick up the correct numbers. Which is very time consuming for extensive treatment plans. Is there any way dentrix can make sure the treatment plans are based on the current insurance on file rather than old ones.
