Customizing Select Patient (F2) Headings

I would like to be able to remove certain columns from the Select Patient (F2) results so I only see the info that I need. Currently, I can right click on the heading to remove a column, but there's no way to save my changes.

Perio Chart - Be able to key mobility just like probing depths

The current way to chart mobility is impossible to keep up with the dentist. We have to write it down and then enter it later. Keying in the numbers like you do the probing depths, recession, etc. would save a lot of time and confusion.

Add DOB at the top of the chart

We've heard feedback that doctors would like to have the patient's dob display at the top of the chart. They want to glance over and see the patient's dob and wish the patient a happy birthday if the day is approaching (especially for children).

Ability to merge duplicate patient charts
