Please add a date range for preauthorizations

I have asked this forever.. not 30, 60, 90 but a date range. Very little effort to program this

Save the date sent based on appt status

Please add the ability to turn off save the date emails/texts based on appointment status in Dentrix. Eg status is "manual confirmation" do not send

Insurance Tracer

Please add tracer back to insurance claims. There is no way to track claims & keep track on claims when running reports. With out tracer if you just followed up on claim it will still pull up on report since there is not tracer attached.

Full running account balance on statements

I would like to have an option to print the full leger balance on the monthly statements. Instead of having a balance forward date, I would like to have the history show from the last time the account had a zero balance so patients can easily see ...
