This would prevent staff from clocking in early and prevent issues between staff and management for time clock adjustments after the fact. This is a major problem in our office with staff clocking in 30-45 minutes prior to their shift and has been putting staff in overtime, costing our office. If the clock doesn't give the option for them to clock in early would prevent employees from having issue with management
