We should be able to hide former employees from the "clock in" page in the time clock.

It's very messy and un-needed information to have employees who are no longer working at our office listed on the opening page of the time clock where current employees "clock in"

    Thank you for the recommendation, we are always looking for ways to improve the product.

    The Inactivated providers are not shown in the time clock.

    There is a current feature that we recommend you to look at by browsing to our knowledgebase. please see the link and article below.

    Is there no way to remove former employees from the time clock summary? I am not talking about providers but rather 'staff' (front desk and admin staff). This is very cumbersome.....

    I understand inactivated "providers" are not listed. I am not talking about providers..I'm talking about staff. The article 18857 did not help in removing previously employed staff from the "clock in" page on the time clock. We should be able to have a clean list of current staff who need to clock in and out on a daily basis without having to scroll through names of people who no longer work here.
