Revive using Biometrics as a form of signing in to Dentrix.

Abutments should be able to be perio charted

Abutments currently change to pontics when perio charting which should be automatically skipped. However, abutments should be perio charted. This should not have to change the chart view of bridges as being connected abutment-pontic-abutment.
