There are certain claims that need to be printed and mailed with attachments. However, they then still auto batch and get sent with the rest of our electronic claims. Then the insurance will typically get the electronic claims before the paper mail and it can throw off the processing especially if no attachments are on the electronic claim. Is there a way we can make it not auto batch once printed?!
