It's unbelievable that Dentrix does not have a way to run a report within the Dentrix software. I had to spend 1 hour on the phone having a representative run a utility for it and then needed to transfer it to Excel to print. Seriously inconvenient and frustrating!!

THIS! Dentrix is seriously lacking in report function. Coming from Eaglesoft, Dentrix doesn't offer even a quarter of the functionality that Eaglesoft doesn.
