multiple appointments or family appointments on same day

Multiple appointments for the same patient or family appointments on the same day should be highlighted somehow. This makes reminder calls much more efficient especially when family members have different surnames.

Allow inactive providers in the Letters & Custom List Reports

You are unable to pull any list (report) with an inactive provider. Which is really annoying and unuseful. can this be added? Thanks!

Change color of service after insurance claim is closed.

After an insurance pays and a claim is closed it would be nice if the services changed to a different color so it would be easy to tell at a glance if a claim is still open.
