Questionaire Forms used more than one time.

Please make forms in questionaire module, able to clear form and create new form for same referral without deleting existing content and clearing form. This is a part of patient record and should not be deleted from record.

Additional Flip Tabs

It would be beneficial to me, and others, to have additional flip tabs. Currently there are only 4 available and I would love at least 2 more.

Ins Co's with contract or Fiscal yr plans

I would like to have the option to have a place to put a begin date and end date for Ins Co's that are on a contract or Fiscal yr plan so that we do not have to manually re-enter benefits used

Allow partial refunds on saved credit cards

Health History doctor search

In the health history it would be more beneficial to sort by the doctor's last name rather than first. Doctors don't usually go by first name
