Tagging patients to keep track of certain things that pertain to that patient
For instance, we would like to keep tract of patients that we have asked to review us so we dont keep asking...if we can "tag" them then the office will know not to ask this patient again.

Report showing batched claims that were not sent
This is a huge problem especially since dentrix does not currently have such a report. PROBLEMATIC!! If we dont know the claim was not sent, then it affects our collections. MONEY LOST.. Healthy Smiles Dentistry

Allow the option to not print payment/adj's on the day sheet
Need an option for a daysheet with just production, does not include the payments or the adustments.

Appointment book
On the Appointment Book screen add a "Status" option of check in so the Assistants know who is here. Our Assistants work multiple rooms and our paging system only has one button per person.

Color code appointment by treatment type
Option to use color coded appointment by types of treatment, not by provider (option during setup). So RCT can be yellow, fillings can be blue, etc.

Remove the "batched" claim lines from the status notes as soon as claim is sent.
It needs to be on a report and not in the claim status notes; it takes up too much room and is redundant to say the least. I always ck the "ins claims not processed" and "procedures not attached" regularly. The system knows if a claim has been bat...

Make dentrix hub uploads quicker
Dentrix hub takes around 15 to 20 minutes and even an hour for an upload to be triggered, please implement quicker upload times.

You should be able to see the date that the treatment in ledger was Entered.
If you can't see the date it was entered you have no way of knowing if that's why it didn't get batched sooner. Sometimes for insurance purposes it needs to be billed within 3 months
