Merging Same Person

We had a patient that was seen here in 1990. He said he was a new patient and have never been here before, so we made him a new account. Now looking back it would be nice if you could merge the same person(s) in case this happens again.

Include patient and subscriber demographics and DOB's alongside of the subscriber ID in claims/patient information area.

Billing Statement option for amount to pay if late

Add an option for billing statements to include: Amount Due if Paid by (date) $ Amount Due if Paid after (date) $. The user could specify how many days past the due date the statement is late and the late charge amount to use. [163093]

You should be able to see on appointment screen if you submitted insurance when checked out.

When patient is checked out on the actual appointment screen when gray it should have a ins check for quick glance at the end of day.

Missed status needed

Need a missed appointment status for the Status List. That way patient remains on the schedule while it's it is stroked. Easy to track no shows for the day and follow ups.
