Additional Office Journal entry types

Our office does a lot of text messaging with patient's regarding billing, statements, past due balances, confirmations as well as follow up messages. It would be nice to categorize these as a TEXT, as well as FOLLOW UP.

Treatment plan retrieval

The ability to retrieve treatment plans with patients estimates after services have been completed. In the event, that fees increase, or patient states amount owed is different at time of service versus what they were quoted.

It would be so helpful if the list could be edited by date range. The way it is it generates a list of EVERYONE that has ever been archived.
