Add the ability to read the ledger notes to people without granting them adjustment permissions.

There is no ability for people without adjustment rights to read the notes being left on the ledger. This inability to read notes renders them useless.

Perio charting speech to text

As a hygienist I don't have anyone to do the perio chart and I have to go from the patient's mouth to the chart on the computer. It would be beneficial to me if I could dictate the numbers to the software.

The office names needs to show up on the text message. The message looks like spam because the practice name is not on the text or the link.

Change outstanding claims to different color.

All outstanding claim stays a certain color, but once its paid turns color. That way its easier to know which claim has been paid for or not.

I think it would be considerate if you were to post everything that I have to my debit card.

Because if I have any funds available to me it would get me off the streets and I could get a place to live and then I could concentrate on my business and education training.

signature manager - save filters

Great update with the missing notes and being able to filter out the secondary! Please make the filter selections stay per login each time you enter the signature manager and not have to reselect the filters you want.

WE WOULD LIKE DENTRIX TO CHANGE COLOR BETWEEN PRIMARY AND SECONDARY CLAIMS ON LEDGERS AS IT IS DIFFICULT TO DECIFER. WE WOULD APPRECIATE THIS CHANGE ASAP AS PROGRAM IS DIFFICULT ENOUGH TO DEAL WITH.

Print aging report to excel spreadsheet

the ability to print a report to an excel spreadsheet would be helpful. Aging reports and collection reports. This would allow us to better keep track of contact with patients and insurance companies and the documentation.

Predeterminations were to be fixed two upgrades ago. Cannot successfully send secondary claims electronically. Dentrix prints the primary information on the secondary.
