Rather than this, and all the other reports, being able to be exported to a spreadsheet they need to be true worklists. A worklist (similar to the way the unscheduled list now works) allows for any member of the department/team who is assigned to the task to see what has been done previously, make notes, track progress, move to the next person (escalate if you will), and it becomes clear when a task is complete when it comes off the worklist.
