Add Birthday option to "New Patient" in Appointment Book

Add Birthday (Date of Birth) option to "New Patient" in Appointment Book so that we can identify the patients by their birthday prior to create the family file.

Split adjustment (the same as split payment)

Split adjustments in the same way that payments can be split. Allow adjustment amounts to be split among provider and family member balances.

Pre-Med List

It would be nice to run a report of all patients that currently have to take a Pre-Med before appointments. That way they don't get missed if they are scheduled and need their medication.

Get rid of the appt book page size restriction

You can no longer shrink the appt book to a smaller size. It takes up the entire screen restricting you from having other screens open together. It totally makes your computer screen useless and causes you to have to minimize constantly...

Electronic Submission of Statements - Ask if ready to print

PLEASE ADD A BOX THAT ASKS IF WE ARE SURE WE WANT TO PRINT!!! If you hit 'Enter' at any point and time - Statements get electronically sent! Wasn't trying to do this! BIG ISSUE when statements are sent before we are ready!

Support modern 64bit scanners

it's very difficult to find a modern scanner with a 32bit driver, causing huge issues with Scanner compatibility with Document center. Why is anything Dentrix still 32bit when 32bit Operating systems are a long gone thing of the past?
