Split payments

It used to be possible to split a payment after it was posted but before it went into history. Now Dentrix gives this error, "Something went wrong, this could be because the payment was edited on another workstation. Close this dialog and refresh....

ADD -WIDOW- TO "FAMILY STATUS" ASAP!!!!

Please add the word WIDOW to the Family's status bottom on the patient forms. There have been several patients upset that there isn't a button for that option and we would like for all of our patients to feel comfortable after a loss of their spouse!

Make estimated insurance amounts in Dentrix visible to third party software.

Henry Schein blocks this information currently so that other software platforms cannot read this data. This does not encourage free market choice on use of alternate treatment presentation software, and is restrictive.

Insurance Tracer

Please add tracer back to insurance claims. There is no way to track claims & keep track on claims when running reports. With out tracer if you just followed up on claim it will still pull up on report since there is not tracer attached.
