it would be helpful if we could look up a member by there subscriber id number or address for claims that we get back that do not hae full details of pt name or serivce date instead they only list the id number and pt address

In the patients journal if we could see how the billing actually went to the patient either emailed or mailed, would be helpful when sending statements

to see wether or not the patients are actually getting the email the last time I sent it, and if not then I can mail it.

Allow Dentrix to have group prompt for note templates.

This will benefit workflow as we can use our comprehensive note templates in a much more efficient manner. It also will allow use to use more sophisticated risk assessments without overburdening our team.

Move the calender in the appointment book to the right side next to the forward/backward arrows

People transitioning from easy dental will have a much better transition. Also, alll of the the other date movements are on the right side of the screen.

Search or Find in Dentrix Reports

In Dentrix Reports, add a search or find option to look for specific text (a name, a procedure code, an amount) appearing within the report (much like I can use Ctrl+F in a web browser and search a web page)
