Customizable Statements

I would prefer to customize my own default statement. First change would be to adjust the position of the guarantor name and address to be able to use a standard #10 window envelope. Any additional options would be a bonus.

Canadian codes 72511, 72519 should not have Remove Tooth checked

This code is for "exposing tooth" and does not include removing tooth. When adding this code, tooth disappears from odontogram unless you fix it.

Auto reject treatment not scheduled for after 18 months

Since treatment is likely to change, it would be nice if Dentrix will auto-reject treatment planned procedures if they are not scheduled for or completed. That way it won't show up as treatment to be scheduled in our statistics.
