Simplify duplicate accounts

Would like a simpler way to merge duplicate accounts. Maybe have a place in Office Manager to view which patients have another account and be able to merge from one place rather than the continuous back and forth.

Add patients name to consent forms, (not just the signature section)

We are a pediatric office, so the person signing the consent is the parent and then the patients name doesn't print anywhere. These are the consent forms from the treatment planner.
