Major companies are not accepting or receiving attachments under CHC ( Cigna mainly ) and it is causing major delays in claims processing, plus the extra labor it's causing the office in re sending all the documents needed all over again. It is not fair for the office staff

Having issues with
CHC they are not attaching xrays to the orignal claim before its sent to DELTA, so delta gets a claim with No Xrays and denies it. You don't look bad! I do! like i don't know what the heck im doing. Patients get denied EOB's I get a phone call wondering whats going on. I now have to wait another 30 days to get paid. Your Clearing house or your house needs a review.

Buyer beware!! Dentrix support just advised me to PRINT AN FMX TO PAPER to send to Cigna Dental who does not accept the new CHC attachments! They only accept NEA. PLEASE SWITCH BACK TO NEA. You just raised all your support packages right?? I'm sure you have the funds available even if it costs a few more cents.
